Laura always knew she was meant to make movies. “Ever since I learned to read, I would always say, I’m going to make this a movie someday. I want to share the stories I’ve read, or created firsthand in a visual way.” That early enchantment grew into hands-on experience in high school through musicals, marching band, and personal projects, where she learned how music, performance, and imagery could convey a story.

Now, as a senior Film and Media Arts major, Laura brings those stories to life through set and costume design, cinematography, and editing skills that shape her stories into something meaningful. She approaches every project with curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative spirit, striving to create work that sparks emotion, inspires imagination, and leaves a lasting impression.
